Refund policy
At Vida Lux Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
1. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date the package was delivered to initiate a return.
2. Condition of Item: The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
Please note that the following items are NON - REFUNDABLE
- Heavily worn jewelry
- Earrings
3. Return Shipping Costs: For customers in the U.S., return shipping is free. However, for international returns, the customer is responsible for purchasing their own return label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount. This cost will not be reimbursed by Vida Lux Co.. We will provide you with the label to be printed and applied to the return package.
4. Broken Items: If the item arrives broken, you must send proof of the damage on the same day as the delivery date. Please take clear photographs of the damage and send them to us immediately via email - contact@vida-lux.co. .
5. Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please send a written request to contact@vida-lux.co. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene, earrings are final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
