Shipping Policy

At Vida Lux, we aim to get your pieces to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If an order is placed on Friday, it will be sent out the following Monday. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way!

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping (Optional)

We currently ship to select countries. International shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: Vida Lux is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
